Return & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel and return the order within 30 days of purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The shipping costs is payable by the customer to return the item, once the item has been quality checked upon it’s return, we will process the refund within 21 days.
Warranty of 30 days is offered on all devices sold by Tekk-Distribution, should any issues occur with your product, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will aim to resolve any issues over the phone where possible, in the event the device has become faulty, we will organise collection of the device. We will repair or refund you as required. This warranty is only applicable to hardware manufacturer defects and not accidental damages, such as cracked screen, dents, dropped device, neglect, water or misuse. Our main courier for deliveries is APC overnight, which operate on a next working day service as standard. Throughout the UK and Ireland you should expect APC to deliver your item(s). We aim to dispatch any orders placed by 12pm the same day for next day delivery where applicable. (During Covid-19 we can not assure the next working day service, however you will receive tracking information so you’re kept up-to-date). Outside of the UK & Ireland, we use UPS for any international shipments. Please note we will only deliver to the registered address assigned with PayPal, please contact us before ordering if you need an alternate delivery address.

Should you wish to collect your item from our warehouse, please contact us prior to ordering so we can remove the postage costs.
